I’m am a certified nutritionist, wanna-be athlete, trainer and sauna enthusiast. I’ve been working with individuals to improve their health, bio-markets and body composition for 20+ years. 

I first found sauna at my local gym and immediately fell in love. I’ve owned small portables, infrareds and a large outdoor traditional option. My next purchase will be a cold plunge. You can find me in my sauna 4-5 days a week after a good workout.

Shawn Whittner

I started using a sauna at a local gym after running several years ago.  I quickly realized that I loved it…started incorporating a steam room and cold shower into my post workout / post cardio routine.

I use a traditional steam room, electric sauna, and cold plunge multiple times a week.

I currently help people build out a diet/lifestyle plan that best suits their goals/body types…which commonly includes heat & cold therapy.

I’m a nutritionist, yoga instructor, and fitness enthusiast with a passion for healthy living. I love helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, and I’m always exploring new ways to stay fit and nourished.

In my free time, you’ll find me in the sauna, sweating out the toxins and relaxing my muscles. I believe that taking care of our bodies and minds is essential to living a happy and fulfilling life. Whether it’s through a healthy diet, regular exercise, or mindfulness practices, I’m committed to helping people feel their best. I hope to inspire others to embrace a holistic approach to wellness and to make positive changes in their lives.
